A cozy room in an EV house sublet!

Hi! I'm looking for a tenant who can stay at my lovely EV house between Dec. 7- Jan. 9.

It is one of the two rooms in a two-story apartment. Very clean with spacious living room and kitchen. A female house-mate who is very clean, quiet, and party/drama-free.
Feel free to use my bike, microwave, kettle, kitchenware and vacuum cleaner.

Should be $914/per month plus utility. But now asking for $200 per week. All utilities are included. Free laundry space is just 30 seconds away. Female only! Contact me for more info and/or photos. Thanks!
