The house is in the BEST neighborhood in Mission area, in a walking distance from 24th mission BART station and close to restaurants, bars, cafes on Mission and Valencia. Dolores Park is also in a walking distance!
The apartment has two bed rooms and a big kitchen/living space. A plenty of street parking.

He is very very nice and awesome -- the best roommate I've ever had.

The rent is $1150 and the utility is approximately $100 per month.
