A room available for rent at Mountain View (2700 Del Medio Court)

There is a room available for rent at 2700 Del Medio Court, Mountain View from October 1st on-wards. It is located opposite to the san antonio cal train station and is very close to Walmart, Safeway, Milkpail market.

Room Details: It is a two bedroom apartment with a single bath. The apartment is totally shared by two people including myself. . One room will be available from October 1st onwards.. The rent for the room is $1022.50.

A non-smoker will be preferred as the apartment does not allow people to smoke. Also no pets are allowed.
Lease Details: The lease for this house is in my name and my roommates name till Dec15th.
i will be moving back to my home country and was wondering if i could find some one to stay in my apartment for two months. Once the lease gets over the concerned person can sign a new lease if required. Also short term lease is available too.
