I am writing this post for my landlord and friend, Leela. I am currently living in this room but will move out this week for some overseas program.
The room is inside a 3-bedroom house and will be available since early Jan. The house is located in the college terrace area, 2 minutes bike and 10 minutes walk distance to GCC.
The room for rent is medium sized, with a queen size bed, a desk, a closet and warm white carpet, Wireless internet connected.
Basically there would only be you and the landlord (a retired lady) in the house most of the time, but her son and grandsons and granddaughters would come over for the family dinner every Sunday afternoon.
The rent (including utilities) I am paying for is $850 per month, with kitchen access, onsite laundry. But I guess you can negotiate all these stuff with her.
