A room in a 2bd*2br house in downtown Menlo Park

This is a large (186 sqfts), quiet and good sunshine room. A queen size bed with a newly bought mattress from Ikea is ready to use. There is also a big closet, a desk, a bedside table, a floor lamp and a desk lamp in the room. A carport is available to use if you have a car.

Kitchen is fulfilled with utensils, pots and open access for use. Please feel free to use anything in the kitchen and just make sure to clean them after you use. Washer and dryer are located in laundry room.

The house is a 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom. It is located in Fremont St, Menlo Park, CA, which is 0.4 miles to Downtown Menlo Park, 1 mile to Stanford Hospital, 0.7 miles to Safeway, 0.7 miles to Caltrain Menlo Park Station, and 2.2 miles to Stanford Oval. It is a very nice location and also near Stanford free shuttle C line stops.

RENT: $1400 per month (water and garbage are included) and one month rent for security deposit. It is really a good choice for someone who works in Stanford School of Medicine. It is also convenient for people who work near the Caltrain.

The room is available from Jan.15th, 2016. We can also consider a short term rent for people who just arrive at here and want a place to stay. A couple or two persons could also be considered (I can prepare two full size beds) if you are really nice.

We are all young and male visiting researchers at Stanford who are quiet and easy going persons. We want to share the beautiful house with someone who is nice, quiet, respect and no smoking.
