a room in Palo Alto available-long term prefer

A room in a house located in Palo Alto, which is 5-6 miles away from Stanford campus. There are line 35 bus just outside the house going to Palo Alto Caltrain station and Stanford shopping center, where can transfer to Stanford shuttle to go to campus. Safeway, CVS, Welgreen are only 5-10 minutes to walk. The room is quite and only fit a single one. Housemates are very nice. All of them are studying in Stanford. Three peoples share a bath room, and 5 peoples share a very big kitch. The rental is $1100 total, water, electron, heating and utility fee included, started from 11/01/2015
Now we are looking for a single person quite and clean. Prefer a Chinese.
