Affordable room in Mountain View- Long term

Hello! I am looking for another female roommate to occupy a private bedroom with a walk-in closet and shared bathroom located in a 3 bedroom/2 bath condo. The monthly rent is $1005, without utilities. Generally, utilities range between $30-50 a month per person. Your roommates are one female (early 30s and the other person sharing the bathroom) and one male (late 20s and has his own private bath). Both of us are friendly and low-key folks who work in education along the Peninsula.

The unit is located within a 2-minute walk to a major shopping center (Nob Hill, In-N-Out, 99 Ranch, City Sports, Bowl of Heaven, etc.). The lease is one-year, starting July 1st, but can start as earlier at June 15th. It is a 7-min bike ride or 30 minute walk to the Mountain View Caltrain. In addition, it is a 10-min walk to Castro Street in Downtown Mountain View and the 85/237 freeway is just around the corner.

Kitchen and common areas are furnished and shared, but you should plan to bring your own plates/cups/bowls/utensils.

Street parking is plentiful, and the unit also has a shared driveway space.
