Affordable room, near Stanford, move in Nov 1st

This is a sunny and nice bedroom on the second floor in a home shared with 4 girls and one guy from all around the world. They are a mix of professionals and post-docs at Stanford. The house has 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, good storage in the garage, and a backyard for BBQs.

The house has a cleaner come 2x a month and everyone shares the washer/dryer.

I need to move out at the end of this month, so if you are interested please contact me ASAP so we can schedule a visit. The rent is $1130 per month and the deposit is $930. Utilities, internet, cleaning, and supplies usually run around a $100 a month.
