Almost new Raleigh Back Alley fixed gear siingle speed bike

This is an < 1 year old bike that was bought new last August. I used it for about 6 months total this year to bike from downtown Palo Alto to Stanford where I work (10 minute bike). For the Bike I paid 399+ tax (purchased brand new). So no low bids as I'm already selling it at a great price. I also had to pay for instalment but obviously wont pass that cost along.

Works great and only selling it as I'm moving back to Toronto end of July and can't bring it with me.

Will include the rack for free which cost me 50 bucks plus 50 bucks for installation.

Have had no issues whatsoever with the bike. Works great and looks great!

I'll be doing a lot of travelling the next couple weeks but will be around this Sunday evening and Monday morning. And then wont be back until the following Monday.
