This light and bright loft at the fabulous Barker Block is just under 1,000 square feet and features stainless appliances, a large kitchen island, recessed lighting, solar shades, a custom built-in wardrobe including multiple closets, cabinets and drawers for ample storage; and high-end furnishings. The bathroom offers a glass shower enclosure, oversized soaking tub and upgraded lighting plus in-unit washer and dryer.
Please note some of the lighting has been upgraded and certain artwork/smaller furnishings have been changed out since photos, but property aesthetic remains the same. Future guests are welcome to come look at the unit prior to booking/checkin.
The 5-star resort-style building includes a rooftop pool, spa, BBQs, fire pits, outdoor seating areas and fitness center plus another communal outdoor courtyard and lounge with firepit on the ground level. Amazing place to be in summer!
One secure, gated and covered parking spot is included and the building, which comes equipped with 24/7 security. Unit comes equipped with a flat-screen Samsung smart TV, Internet, and all utilities.
Across the street from Urth Café, walk to Girl and the Goat, Bavel, Bestia, Guerilla Tacos, Soho House, Here + Now, Everson Royce Bar, Death + Co., Manuela, Damien, The Row (Smorguburg, Bianco Pizza, shops, etc.) plus newer hot spots Bike Shed, Kodo Japanese restaurant, Let's Go Disco, Michelin-starred Camphor and tons of other bars, restaurants, shops, galleries, and cafes. Other things to note
Note that while my building has a 30-day minimum, the city of LA still charges transient occupancy tax for 30 day stays. To avoid that, you'll need to book a 31 NIGHT STAY OR MORE. You'll pay the nightly rate for that 31st night but will be much, much less than paying the occupancy tax on the whole stay.
