The Casa del Sol apartment complex includes a wonderful swimming pool in an abundant green environment, on-site laundry machines, and personal car parking. Casa del Sol is located right between Mountain View and Sunnyvale.

The apartment features a generous living room with high ceilings and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable dining area, and a spacious, partially roofed patio that offers year-round a pleasant outdoor experience.

The 200 sqft bedroom is fully furnished. The shared bathroom is right next door and always clean. The room will be rented out to one person, starting 15th June (date flexible) for $1,400 plus utilities. The current lease is till the end of July, you are welcome to renew it after that.

Currently, Joe, Alina, and Richard live here, all in their mid-twenties and working in VR and Autonomous Driving. We are open-minded, ambitious, fun, respectful. Free time means time for running, climbing, working on personal projects, travel, or a good wine at home. Given the corona-situation, and in general, we very much appreciate a clean shared space.
