Seeking awesome roommate to share our South San Francisco home!

Room available November 1st! $1,190 covers the cost for a private room--utilities are split.

Everyone in the house shares kitchen utensils, common areas, and bathrooms (unless you grab the master bedroom). We find that sharing of common areas has never been a problem as everyone is very considerate of others.

We live in a peaceful neighborhood, have a peaceful home, off-street parking, communal washer and dryer, plenty of room for gardening and enjoying outside. Just 0.8 mi from the South San Francisco BART station and Trader Joe's, a 10 min drive to SFO, and a 30 min drive to downtown SF.
