Great location: 15 min. walk to Cal. Ave. and the Cal. Ave. Caltrain station. Approximately 15 min. bike ride or less than 10 min. drive to Stanford University, and less than 10 min. drive to downtown Palo Alto.

Reasonable Rent (for the area): Rent is $1500/month plus utilities. Utilities, which includes internet and a monthly house-cleaning, has been about $60 to $70 a month per person. Move-in is as soon as possible; preferably by August.
