My roommate and I are moving to San Francisco and are looking for someone else to take our apartment in Mountain View. We live in a prime location on California Street, 2 min away from Castro St/downtown Mountain View, also 2 min away from San Antonio shopping center and Safeway. We are close to both Mountain View and San Antonio Caltrain stations.
Our apartment is a 2 bdr, 1 ba place, 963 sq ft, and on the second floor. Kitchen appliances include stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. On-site laundry, coin-operated. The complex is nice with a small park/ garden within the building. There is also a community room and BBQ area for all residents' use (just reserve beforehand).
Our lease is month-to-month at $2550, but the new tenants can arrange a lower rent of $2250 if a year lease is signed with the landlord.
