Apartment in NYC

If anyone's moving from the Bay to NYC, we're moving from NYC to Mountain View starting Jan 8th and are looking for someone to take over our lease or sublet from us in Brooklyn NY. We are in a 1 bd-1bath apartment (approx. 600 sq ft - one of the bigger units) with the following perks:

• Hardwood floors throughout
• Huge walk-in closet
• Gas range, all new appliances
• Giant windows for natural light
• Gym, game room, parking, doorman, bike room, and elevator all in building
• Apartment is on the 8th floor, and we've never had any of the typical NYC pests
• Roof terrace with sweeping views of the manhattan skyline
• 10 minutes walking from 6 different train lines, about 30 minutes door-to-door to the office.

The rent is 2750$/month and is rent-control (seriously! We were so lucky to live here). You can either sublet from us for 6 months or sign a new lease with the landlord starting in January.
