This is a really nice little place. It is sunny, bright, clean and cheerful. One bed, one bath, all private (no roommates or sharing). In EV. Seventh floor with a nice patio and view. This is a very quiet building, couples housing for graduate students.
Completely furnished with all linens and dishes. Queen size bed, small fold out couch and air mattress available.
The apartment would be perfect for visiting parents or family.
