ASAP! Room in midtown Palo Alto (July only)

Hello,

I am renting my room for the whole month of July and July only. Maybe you can move in from June 28th. The lease ends on July 31st.

The room is furnished with a mattress, a desk, storage space, and located in midtown Palo Alto, in a suburban house, with four roommates (Stanford graduate students and one Google employee). My roommates are four guys. Very nice, very welcoming. It has a very spacious kitchen and living room, with TV and ping-pong table. A very nice garden as well and a barbecue in it.

I can lend my bike while you are staying here. The house is located near Loma Verde Ave between Alma St and Middlefield Rd.

The price for the month is $1,200, which is very generous for the area! I would like it to be rented ASAP.
