I have a Cingular-branded Motorola V551 that makes for a great, inexpensive, robust cell phone. Quad band GSM/EDGE, SMS and MMS capable, camera built in. External LCD for caller ID without opening the clamshell. Battery holds at least a day's charge, some cosmetic wear and tear, but nothing major. Works with any Cingular/AT&T SIM card; a Cingular SIM (reprogrammable for any AT&T service) is included in case you don't already have one.
