The house is located close from El Camino Real (walking distance), 10 mins drive from Palo Alto University avenue, 5 mins drive from Stanford main campus. Ensuite bedroom （King size bedroom）with a full bathroom. All utilities included in rent.
Other free utilities including: air condition, designated storage space, full kitchen, laundry room and free parking inside the yard (limited to one car).
Rent: 2000 dollars, utility all included
Stanford student and Palo Alto area workers are welcome to apply.
Notice: due to the house located in Atherton high-end residential, therefore we require all renters 1) No smoking 2) No Pet 3) No making loud noise or party after 10PM and 4) No guest stay overnight without house owner’s allowance.
