Landlord occupies master bedroom, while a single room, with separate, dedicated bathroom, would be occupied by tenant. Tenant would have the right to fully use common spaces in main house which is well-furnished. There will be no other tenants in the main house. The property is walking distance to a nice shopping complex that has a grocery store (Safeway), coffee shop (Starbucks), and other shops. There is also a nearby park with tennis courts, and many hiking trails within a short drive.

Property is near the corner of Foothill Expressway and Springer Ave, <5 min to El Camino Hospital, <10 min to downtown Mountain View, and <15 min to Stanford.
