Available 7/4/19 Master bedroom in Palo Alto 2B/1B with heated pool

This posting is for a room available starting July 4th to be leased for at least 4 months.

I will sadly be leaving the apartment I have lived in since 2008 in July and I am looking for someone to take over my lease.

The lease ends October 31, 2019, with the option to either renew the lease or pay month-to-month at that time. Until the lease ends, the large master bedroom is available for $1400/month plus shared utilities (electricity and internet) with another Stanford-affiliated female who lives in the smaller bedroom.

I have decreased the price by $25 a month for 4 months with no deposit in order to rent out the room as soon as possible.

-Bathroom w tub/shower shared.
-Parking space in complex available.
-Room has large closet space and looks out onto small patio on 2nd floor of apartment, with view of trees.
-Area is quiet, safe, located in Midtown, Palo Alto, right next to Greer park and about 3.5 miles from Stanford (with great biking lanes!).
-Also THE HEATED POOL is fantastic!
-Laundry facilities on the first floor closeby.
-Please be female, quiet, respectful, kind, and neat.
