We're two recent Stanford grads that are looking to fill the 3rd bedroom in a great 3BR/2.5BA house in Redwood city.
The house is clean, spacious and was remodeled right before I moved in 2 years ago. New paint, new carpet, new woodwork, new kitchen (including nice stainless steel appliances).
It's located on Union Avenue (just off of Woodside Road). It's great for commuting, since it's close and equidistant to both 280 & 101. The commute to campus is pretty short too, one of the previous roommates finished up his masters and did research while living here. Bonus: there's a Safeway on the corner, which is pretty convenient.
