You can walk/bike to campus. The rent Includes all utilities ( electricity, water, wifi, garbage, cable), every other week professional housekeeping and one parking space in a covered underground garage under the building. Please note that I have a mini Australian Shepard. She is very friendly and loves to be snuggled.
