We are looking for you to fill a room in a beautiful 3B/2.5B apartment in Menlo Park. Our housemate is moving out, so we have a room for rent. The room is carpeted, bright, spacious, and unfurnished.
We are near the cross of the Middlefield Rd. and Semicircular Rd.
You will have to sign a year lease starting from July 1st 2017.
You can move in before July 1st, time is negotiable!
An application fee of $50 is required by the landlord.
