Available Now - Spacious Bedroom in Midtown Palo Alto – $1,050/month + Utilities

Our housemate recently completed his postdoc at Stanford and is moving out, so we're looking for someone to join our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house on a large lot in the heart of Midtown Palo Alto. Ideally, we're looking for someone planning to stay at least 6 months.

The house features:

Spacious common areas and a large backyard

Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher

In-house washer and dryer

Housecleaning service twice a month

Plenty of additional storage space, including attic storage

Quiet, convenient Midtown Palo Alto location

The available bedroom comes unfurnished and includes a spacious closet.

Rent: $1,050/month + utilities. Utilities, including internet and twice-monthly housecleaning, typically average around $150/month per person.

About us: We're a friendly, laid-back household of Stanford male postdocs and staff. We generally keep things quiet and relaxed, respect each other's privacy, and enjoy a welcoming, comfortable living environment.

Our rent is exceptionally affordable for Palo Alto, and we're hoping to find a considerate, easygoing housemate who would be a good fit for the household.

Please reach out with a little about yourself, your preferred move-in date, and how long you're hoping to stay.
