Awesome 1BR apt in Menlo Park to share with grad student - $950/mo

Hi Stanford!

I'm hoping to find a grad/med student to share my great 1 bedroom apartment in a fourplex in downtown Menlo Park, available January 1st. The apt is an easy 5 minute bike ride to the med campus and walking distance to Menlo's downtown shops and grocery stores (Safeway, Trader's, etc). The apartment comes with a huge, 200+ sqft private balcony.

The room I'm renting out is the very large living room which would be converted into your bedroom with privacy dividers. Rent is $950 + 1/2 of utilities. The apt is all hardwood floors and has been recently renovated. Because the living room would become the 2nd bedroom, the apartment would consist of an eat-in kitchen, bathroom, and balcony which we'd share. I have a small, friendly indoor-only cat, so you'd have to be okay living with a pet.

About me: I'm a female Biosciences PhD student who spends most my time (>70hrs/wk) in lab, so in my free time I enjoy hiking/biking/running/cooking/socializing with friends. I like to keep a clean, low-key house and am hoping to find someone who keeps similar hours/interests.
