My roommate is moving out mid-August and I'm looking for a replacement to move in Aug 15th. The house has a huge backyard (with orange, plum, lemon, and fig trees!) and front yard, big garage with lots of storage space, living-room, dining area, kitchen, 1bathroom, 2BR. Its in a quiet neighborhood in Menlo on the edge of Atherton/Redwood City. Looking for someone to sign a 1 year lease beginning Sept 1. Rent does not include utilities/water/internet. Month Deposit/pro-rated august rent due upon move-in.
Looking for a female roommate in their 20's, responsible about bills/rent, no-smoking/drugs, must love dogs (I have a lovable golden retriever!). Would love someone with shared interests (hiking/camping, outdoors). Seeking someone social but independent!
