Spacious, unfurnished room available immediately in a really nice 5 BR 2 BA home. Full access to the entire house which includes a spacious kitchen and a living room with an amazing TV. Washer/dryer in the garage. Full kitchen with new appliances. This house is the pinnacle of middle class suburban life. (Having seen 10+ places before settling here, I know it's hard finding a decent place to live around here!)

A bit about us: there are 5 occupants with a relatively even male to female split. We are in our mid-20s, young professionals, very easy going. We are clean but not OCD, and we do enjoy occasionally cleaning common spaces together. Not much partying or nightlife (sometimes), but we enjoy games, movies and shows, and working out.

Parking is easy no matter the time of day -- we have two driveway spots and a few usual street spots near the house.

The rooms are spaced pretty far apart; noise is rarely an issue. We're also pretty respectful of one another and try to keep the space clean and well maintained. We do pay for cleaners to come 2x/month as well.

The house is located in a super accessible and convenient neighborhood:
Walking distance to Downtown Sunnyvale, 10 minute drive to Google, 10 minute drive to Caltrain
