We are looking to sublet our beautiful and spacious apartment for four to six weeks in September and October. It is available starting September 1st. This top floor one bedroom/one bathroom comes with a fully furnished bedroom with queen sized bed, updated bathroom, updated kitchen, gorgeous dining room, stylish living room, and cute “breakfast nook” on the balcony. You are also welcome to use our noodles and floaties in the heated pool!

Quiet, safe, bike friendly neighborhood. Coin laundry is on-site, and there is ample free parking for your cars and bikes.

The apartment gets tons of natural light and has the feeling of a vacation rental. There are lots of restaurants and a Starbucks in walking distance. It’s a great space for a single person or couple who are visiting for pleasure, to work, to study, or to transition to the area.
