We are subletting our 1-bedroom cottage in Homer Ave, Palo Alto (one block from Middle field ave). We are looking to sublease starting September 16 or preferably long term (possibly year long lease).
The cottage is in a beautiful area, has a private back yard, and gets plenty of sunlight.
All utilities are included, and coin-operated laundry is available on site.
15 minute bike ride to Stanford University.
Stanford affiliation is preferred. The rent is $2750/month.
