Beautiful house with young professionals in Los Altos Hills

Hey potential Roommates! We are looking for new roommates for our 8 bedroom house that is biking distance to Tesla. It's an awesome house with a great backyard with a unique setup. We're on the hunt for the cool, interesting, and respectful housemate who can respect the house culture. Open house on appointment!

Location: 10 minutes driving distance to Stanford, within 20 minutes driving distance to downtown areas. As mentioned, bikeable distance to Tesla!

The House: Amazing views of the entire bay area, remote enough to see stars but super close to major companies, 8 bedroom with 4.5 baths. Rare for BR to be occupied at the same time. Common rooms fully furnished!

Washing machine and Dryer in unit. Street parking is readily available, and there are also 3-4 spots available in the driveway.

The room: A big bedroom with hardwood floors!

** The HouseMates:** Live with a guy who loves cleanliness, a gal who works in healthcare research and tech, a Stanford grad student, and a couple others!

You: We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation. While things will always come up, we like things drama free :) We give bonus points to high achievers :)

We screen heavily and really work hard to make a community that fits well together. It’s all about finding people that are a good fit. We'd rather have a room vacant than have someone who we don’t like living in the house.

Logistics: A super flexible 3 month lease! Utilities shared among housemates. Common areas furnished, kitchens stocked - we make your move as easy as possible. :).
