The apartment is very spacious and the complex has several amenities (gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, club house with pool and table tennis, etc) The location is also extremely convenient. There is a 24 hr fresh and easy store in the same complex. There is also a bank, coffee shop, pizza place, hair salon and martial arts gym right next to the apartment building)

The other room-mate is a 27 year old Stanford graduate who works in tech. He is clean, quiet and respectful. I am looking to move out in the week of June 9th.
