Beautiful room for july-sept sublet in NY.

I am subletting a beautiful, sunny room in my apartment at East 80th street and 2nd avenue from July

14-August 30, with an option to rent until end of September. Start/end dates are extremely flexible. I'm asking $1400 which includes rent+utlities+cable/internet. I have not yet moved in (still in Cali

suffering post graduation shock syndrom) so you will be the first person to live in my room! My room is approx. 100 sq ft., has two humongous windows, and is fully furnished. The apartment is equally

fabulous: LOTS of light on all sides, all new appliances, quiet, and great area. The neighborhood is lined with residential brownstones and packed with bars and restaurants. This is definitely the Upper East side hang out. The apt. is a couple blocks from the 4, 5, 6 train which means 25 minutes to the financial district, 20 minutes to Times Sq, and 10 minutes to Midtown East. You will be living with my

roommate, Shaw Yean Lim for most of the time and maybe me as well, depending on how long you stay. Shaw Yean is also a recent Stanford grad, such a sweetie and very fun and easy going. You'll definitely love her. Pictures of the apt. can be arranged if interested, or if you are already in NY, showing time may be arranged.
