A fully furnished bedroom with a shared full bathroom is becoming available starting in November. The room has closet space, drawers, storage, furnishing and garden views.

The house is located in gorgeous Hamilton Ave. Biking to Stanford takes 15 minutes, 10 minutes to downtown, restaurants, bars, shops, Caltrain. Highways 101/280 are within easy reach. The location is ideal if you don’t have a car and still want to get to the city and around the Bay Area easily. If you have a car, there is a private driveway and garage.

The house is spacious and fully equipped with high quality furniture. All common spaces are shared, including large living and dining areas with comfortable sofa, reading area, fireplace, 65” flat screen TV, and a dinning table for 8. Hardwood floors everywhere. The kitchen and laundry areas are fully equipped. The garden is very nice and has a sitting area outside. No pets.

You will be living with a Stanford Ph.D., class of 2005. I am pretty relaxed and sociable. I am a founder and CTO of a cleantech startup. I am pretty busy during weekdays and some weekends. There is one other roommate. We are all affiliated to Stanford, sociable and care for culture, arts and the environment.

The rent will be $2,000/month, which includes utilities and high-speed internet.
