Living room has wooden floors, tall ceilings and skylight. Open kitchen with a dining area, mini bar and alcove. Backyard also comes with a grill. Utilities and internet will be shared on top of the rent. Included in the rent is an off-street parking space (located in front of the unit). Unfortunately, no pets are allowed (by rental agreement).
