This is a bed/bath suite in a 4bed/3beth single family house conveniently located in quite neighborhood in Sunnyvale. Close to highway 101 and 237, minutes walks to the new Linkedin Campus buildings. 15-20 min drive to Google and Apple, 20 min drive to Stanford School of Medicine/Hospital. The house is specious (1600 sqft) with hardwood floor throughout and double-paned windows.

This cute suite is newly painted, with a door opens to the yard, and a bathroom with stall shower. A bed with new memory foam mattress can be provided. It is available from 7/15. Rent will be $1200 for 6 months lease. $1300/months if less than 6 months. Utilities (wifi, comcast cable TV connection in your own room, PG&E, water, garbage and sewer, washer & dryer) included in the rent. To move in, first and last month rent, and $ 1000 refundable deposit.

We are seeking a new female housemate to share the house, as one of us, a scientist, is moving out of bay area for her new job! The rest 3 of us are, a Stanford postdoc in her 30s and two girls in their 20s working in tech companies. We are looking for someone respectful and thoughtful for others' schedule and keeping her own and shared space clean; light cooking preferred. Single occupancy only. No smoke, no drug, no overnight guest.
