House Details:
- 4 bed and 2.5 bath. Tenant will share bathroom with 2 other roommates
- Roommates are all Stanford affiliated employees or students
- Includes spacious living, kitchen, and patio grilling area
- In-unit wash and dry included
- Refrigerator is at a 2:1 ratio
- There are 2 car parking spaces (current tenants occupy the two spots, but can alternate with street parking nearby)
- Bike rack available
- Most living, kitchen, and furniture essentials are available
Room Details:
- Room includes 2 dressers and a bedframe. The one who will take the room must purchase one dresser for $200 (originally $330) and the bedframe for $170 (originally $270) — both are 1 year old
- Room rent is $1,020/month and deposit is $1,000. Both must be paid to previous tenant of the room to reserve the room. (September rent is prorated).
- Utilities and internet not yet included. Estimate is around $60-$80/month
- Lease is month on month with expectation for you to find your replacement
