Two tenants seeking third roommate to rent bedroom and office in large 3-4 bedroom apartment.

Current tenants are professional males in their 30s.

This apartment is a large, beautiful space with hardwood floors and modern amenities such as central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.

Renter will have a spacious bedroom and office, and a dedicated bathroom right next to rooms. The bathroom is not attached to the room, but with 3 tenants (and 3 bathrooms), each will have a personal bathroom. This bathroom may also be used if guests are over, as it is adjacent to living room.

Large living room area, fully furnished with large TV. Full kitchen. Dining room. Small back porch. Driveway for 2 cars (roommates can alternate between easy street parking). Basement for storage.

Cost of both rooms together is $1400+utilities (gas/electric/internet, usually around $100/month)
