Bedroom and Private Bath in 3br/2ba Apt (sunnyvale)

Share an apartment in a safe, family oriented neighborhood near the Sunnyvale-Cupertino border. You get a large unfurnished room with plenty of sunlight (see photos) and a good sized closet and wall mirror. You also get a private bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared with your housemates. The apartment is carpeted. Parking is off street. The complex also has a coin-operated laundry.

A neighborhood shopping center is a short walk away and Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Safeway are close by as are I-280 and I-85 (all 5-6 minutes away).

The apartment is around 13 miles from Stanford and since public transportation is limited, you will need a car. Driving time to campus (JSerra and Campus Dr) takes from 15-20 minutes.

The monthly rent is $800 and the room is ready for move in now. Move-in is first month (pro-rated of course), last month, and a deposit equal to one months' rent. The management company requires a lease application and charges $25 to run a credit check. This is a month-to-month lease. We share monthly utilities (typically about $15-20 per person) and Comcast internet (~$10).

We (not a couple) are a freelance artist/student at Foothill College (F) and an occasional tech consultant (M). We're generally pretty quiet, as is the household, so this is probably not the best place for loud music. Please also note that one of us has sensitivity/allergies to some chemicals.
