I have a room opening up on Dec 15th in my apartment because my roommate is moving out. Dates could be flexible depending on the renter's need; pro-rated shorter stays are possible.

The room is one the two bedrooms in a spacious 2BR/2BA apartment in Pacific Heights. Bed included, and the renter will have their own bathroom. Beautiful neighborhood, right across the Lafayette Park, and close to Fillmore St (where there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores) and very close to Marina.

The rent will be calculated based on the duration of the stay. Internet, water, electricity are all included in the price.
