The bedroom is well lit with 2 windows and can easily fit a large bed, desk, and some furniture. A large closet behind a sliding door is built into the room. A modern, private full bathroom with shower is right next to the bedroom.
Everything in the apartment is fully furnished EXCEPT for the bedroom. All furniture seen in the living room and kitchen/dining room area is included. Apartment has built in washer/dryer units. For parking there is a connected garage, street parking, and a lot across the street. There is built in floor heating that warms up the apartment with heated ground water for the winter.
This apartment is shared with one other roommate who resides in the master bedroom. He is a graduate student studying CS at Stanford, and is very laid back, respectful, clean, and quiet.
The apartment is at the ideal location in Palo Alto. You are steps away from food and shops on University Ave, and a 1 minute walk to the Caltrain. The apartment has great noise insulation and faces the street opposite the train, so minimal noise from the street or train can be heard from within.
This apartment is available starting 11/23. Move-in date is flexible, but earlier is preferred. The lease goes until Sept 2017. Contact me to setup a viewing!
