The house is located in the Midtown area of Palo Alto, a couple of blocks from the Philz Coffee on Middlefield Rd. Easy commute to Stanford and many technology companies in the Palo Alto and Mountain View areas. Short drive from both University Ave in PA and Castro St in Mountain View. Plenty of street parking available in the neighborhood.
Cost is $1400 per month for rent, plus Comcast internet and standard utilities.
