The House
- 5 bed, 3 bath, 2 stories.
- First story has hardwood floor with a kitchen (with dishwasher and two fridges), dining room, living room (with a baby grand piano), old sun room converted into extra living space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and garage (with washer/dryer).
- Second story has carpeted floor with three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small shared balcony.
- A connected front and back yard, completely fenced in.
- Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with quick access to Highway 101 and with a grocery store, a library, coffee shops, and parks all in walking distance.
- Two roommates have a German Shepherd (~6yrs old, male) and a Jindo (~4yrs old, female).
Your Bedroom
- Unfurnished 12X9 ft upstairs room with a 9 ft closet big enough to fit all your clothes, shoes, cabbage patch kids, cadavers, etc. etc.
- You would share a two-sink bathroom with one other person.
- Available May 1.
The Rent
- $1300+utilities per month (Usually around $100).
- One month's deposit required.
The Roommates
- 3 males, 1 female.
- Ages 23-30.
- We work in law, tech, writing, and bio on the Peninsula.
- We're all friends and enjoy board games, lawn games, video games, TV, movies, reading, baking, happy hours, hiking, running, tennis, traveling and making lists.
We're Looking for Someone Who. . .
- Is cleanly and responsible.
- Is comfortable around and preferably loves dogs.
- Doesn't own a cat, for allergy reasons :(
- Doesn't smoke.
