Hi, I'm looking for a roommate who is clean, responsible, and wants a drama free living space.
Newly renovated apartment with beautiful floors, sunny accent walls, and a spacious kitchen in Palo Alto.
The room has a large closet and can comfortably fit a queen size bed, large dresser, small desk and bookcase. There is also a big sunny windows in the room.
The apartment is a 4 unit complex with a designated covered parking spot in the back along with first come first serve uncovered parking for guests etc.
It is a kosher kitchen, if you are vegetarian or vegan, this is VERY doable. If you don't fall into either of those categories you would just use your own cooking implements.
The room is $1225 a month, water and garbage included. Utilities and Internet are on us.
Move in ASAP or April 1st.
About a 5 minute drive and a 10 minute bike to Stanford campus.
15 minute walk to the California Ave Caltrain station.
A 5 minute drive to the 101 entrance.
Very close to downtown Palo Alto.
About me:
Female, pretty low key, enjoys cooking, baking, art, music, a warm and clean living space.
I work for a non-profit on Stanford campus and work some evenings and weekends.
