Bedroom in 2BR/1BA two-floor EV Apt (early June - August)

Stay in my convenient, well-kept, and comfortable graduate apartment right at Stanford University while I'm away doing research this summer! Posting is for one of the two bedrooms (both on the second floor of the apartment), my flatmate - a friendly fellow graduate student - will be around for parts of the summer. Room has full-sized/double bed, not the original dorm-style catastrophe. Also desk, lots of closet space, fan, dresser, shelves.

The first floor has two couches (one which folds out into a single bed), dining table with five chairs, a sizable, open, and well-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, and an arsenal of blenders, cookers, and gadgets my roommate and I have amassed). Dining area lets out on to a small fenced patio for outdoor eating, reading, or bike storage. Subletter is welcome to use my bike during their stay. Plentiful parking nearby (summer permit req'd), as well as a fantastic lawn with volleyball net and adjacent grills and picnic tables.

My rent is $1030/mo, but I'm happy to negotiate. The same goes for the dates of the sublease - the outer limits are something like June 6 to August 31st, but I'll entertain partial proposals.

Due to University policy, only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
