Bedroom in a 3Bed/2 Bath Apt in Menlo Park. Flexible move-in 7/1-8/1

Because I am moving out, my roommate Ankit is looking to fill the vacancy of our apartment. Here is her message:

I am looking for 2 roommates to occupy 2 different rooms in a 3Bed/2 Bath apartment in Menlo Park. It's a spacious, sunny apartment located on the second floor of a 3-story apartment complex in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in Menlo Park. This is a wonderful place to live, especially convenient if you work on the Stanford campus and to get on 101 to get to many companies like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft etc. Move-in date is flexible between July 1, 2020-Aug 1, 2020 and we have the option to sign a 1 year or month-to-month lease.

• 1250/month for each bedroom with spacious closets with shared bathroom (with one more person)
  ~$75 per person for all utilities (including internet)
• Common areas furnished, bedroom unfurnished
• Full kitchen with dishwasher
• Washer/dryer in complex
• Pool in complex
• Street parking available.
• Close to 101 freeway, markets, and restaurants
• Easy, 20 min bike ride to Stanford
• Smoking on premises and pets not allowed by apartment management

About me: I’m in my early 30s(F) working in Sunnyvale. I enjoy working out, traveling, running, biking and other outdoor activities. I also enjoy cooking and I'm always happy to share any food, cookware etc. I hope to have a good and considerate relationship with my roommates and looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle.
