Bedroom In A Beautiful Loft Space

Feast yer eyes upon this very special loft space in the Art's District just outside of Little Tokyo.

Me and my two other roommates are looking to fill our fourth bedroom for a move in date of August 1st.

The pics of the room make it look like you can't stand in there because of the way the beam looks but, unless you're 7'1", I assure you that you can. The loft has a big kitchen and living room with lots of light. There's is plenty of room for storage for extra stuff you might have that you don't want to keep in your room.

This is an ideal place for a creative person who wants use their living space as place where they can express themselves. This is a truly magical spot and I love my roommates, so I really want our fourth person to be someone that will be a good fit with us.

A little about us - I am musician and I record music music at home. I'm not loud (I got to my rehearsal space for the very loud stuff) but you would need to be comfortable with hearing some sounds. Emma is a dancer and musician. Max is perfumer and golfer. Our ages range from late 20's to late 30's. We all work a regular schedule for the most part and there is often times where I or someone else will have the house to themselves. I also have a big loving orange cat, Schmelly, and think that is the limit for us with pets, so I'm sorry but - no more pets :(

We are looking for someone who is light and with us will continue making this a great home, picks up after themselves, helps maintain the loft, intuitively can share space with people.

$1000 a month. Utilities are included. We have a washer and dryer. I was intimated by the parking when I first moved in but I have found that our street tends to clear out at night and I have rarely had trouble parking. We also get a deal with a local garage where you can park there for $200 a month. I dunno if that is really a deal or not, but it's available if you want it.
