Bedroom in a spacious Menlo Park home, just 5 min from Stanford!!

I have a room with a 9 month lease (until next June) in an amazing house in Menlo Park, only 5 minutes from Stanford and downtown Palo Alto. We are looking to have someone move in until either December or June.

The house is furnished, has a pool, is walking distance from food and grocery stores and everyone in the house is amazing and fun.

There are 4 other people in the house, 2 male and 2 female. They are all finishing up their masters at Stanford and all 4 are amazing. The house is very social, people sit around in the living room playing cards and drinking beers pretty regularly. Joint gym trips, dinner, pool parties and bar outings are a regular occurrence as well. But don't worry the house rarely really crazy parties, more like nice get-togethers. It is a great house if you are looking for a chill environment and to make new friends.

Due to a change in plans I am leaving the country September 15 and unfortunately have to leave this awesome place. Ideally anyone looking to move in would come around then, but are flexible until around mid-October.

The room is $1050 a month plus utilities (which end up being less than $50 a month- maybe a little more in the winter when the heater needs to be turned on).

My furniture does not come with the room but it is all for sale if you are interested in that as well.
