• Some bedroom furnishings available (rest of apartment is fully furnished)
• Coin-op laundry on-site

We are:

• Three young professionals in mid-to-late 20s -- two of us work at Stanford, one works from home
• Two are a couple & share a bedroom, so the 4th bedroom is used as a shared office space (you're also welcome to use it!), extra storage, &/or occasional guest room

We enjoy each others' company but are respectful of one another & common spaces. Non-smokers. Happy to have people over for get-togethers on weekends, we are usually fairly low-key on weekdays. Two of the roommates are avid bakers & love to share! A Berner named Minnie also lives here.

Spacious & affordable, especially for the area. Looking for Sept 1 move-in, one year lease. There's flexibility if you'd like to move in as early as beginning of August!
