Bedroom in Four-Bedroom House for Rent

I'm moving closer to SF and one of my housemates is moving to campus, so a room is opening up in a 4-bedroom/2bathroom house in East Palo Alto--right off University (it is bikable, if you like to ride into campus). A girl and a guy are already renting the other two rooms, with another moving out but I believe someone is already lined up to take that room. The price is $758 plus utilities (~$30/month), with a four month lease (from mid-may to September) which can be renewed if you want. It should be available anytime after May 10 and I've included some pictures below.
